My floors flood with water after it rains but the seats or windows are wet. What could this be?

only thing you can do is get inside with a flashlight while someone sprays lots of water all over/different places on the car,and look until you find where it's leaking at.if it's flooding like you stated,then it shouldn't be hard to spot it!!
