2006 Pontiac Torrent how do you check the fluid if it's a sealed system

you need a special dip stick and scan to monitor trans fluid temp. seek help from your mech

Just had ours to dealer when it quit (fuel pump) and asked to pls ck all fluids since everything is sealed and almost 10 yes old. We only have 43,000 miles on it, butdang that stuff has to break down! Anyway mechanic said really didn't need too, but he would ck and CHG if needed but note on repair bill stated didn't need to. Hubby just found out in his Chilton's there is a way to ck the tranny fluid that isn't too involved. Best price for Chilton's was e-bay and had it in 2 days-has helped a lot over the years w/ our '06 Torrent. Best of luck.
