Looking for a schematic type diagram of the brake lines and any tips on replacing them.

Hello, if brake line replacement is just a physical swap out, part for part. You will likely have to get bulk line and have it bent to match the current lines. Not an easy job for a do-it-yourself mechanic.
Specific tools and talent required - contact local auto repair facility. Time and materials used - there is no of knowing what will be needed until the failed brake lines have actually been removed.
IF bleeder screws are also rusted and cannot be opened - wheel cylinders will have to be replaced as well. Good luck!
