My van kept dying. I bought a new battery but it would require a jump if not started and driven every day. After letting it sit for about 6 weeks, I charged it and it started right up. But, kept losing charge and now it won't even take a jump. Also, the odometer won't light up and show mileage now. Is this all related? Is it an alternator or did the battery just get sucked dry?
