how to get the radiator fan working

What is your question?

i'm no mechanic.. my fan isn't on in front of my radiator.. is this suppose to be always on? or just kick on when it reaches a certain temperature? My van was overheating yesterday.. trying to see what the problem is before I take it in. Can this possibly be a blown fuse problem?? or should I just take it in to get looked at?

Engine temperature is what turned the fans on .. It may take SEVERAL minutes for the fans to turn on white engine is idling in park.
