Van act like no battery. Will not turn over. Has new cables. New starter.

Battery charged if that what asking. Lights. Radio. Everything works. But turn key it does nothing. No click nothing

get a helper and a volt meter.have helper turn the key to the cranking/starting position while you check for power/signal on the SMALL wire on the starter.

I tried crossing starter like old car. Got nothing no spark nothing. So Id geuss no juice getting there? But ill try your idea
