Is there a access panel in the floor to get to the fuel pump

NO! the tank has to be dropped.you "THINK" your fuel pump went out? IF the fuel pump is bad,you HAVE to DROP the tank to R&R the fuel pump module assembly!don't ASSUME the the pump is bad,you must test it to be sure it's bad.unless guessing at $250.00 pump.copy and paste the link,watch the video........................................................ .......
