i had water in the gas tank i droped it, clean it out put it back up now it stil

Plugs are drowned out, replace them after ALL water is removed. Give it a shot of carb cleaner to get it started the first time. Assuming spark is ok!? Should be backfiring in intake manifold at least, is it?

Did you flush the fuel lines and change the fuel filters? What about the pump. All of these can be affected by the water.
