Everytime I'm driving its doesn't pick up speed pass 30miles when I push on the

What is your question?

When I push on the accelerate it slows down..And when I release it picks up speed and the check engine light blinks off and on...All the light are on on the dash board ...but I got a new starts and battery ,new tires and a sensor the crank shift ...what could be the problem??

In addition,.... Have fuel pressure tested with test gauge attached while driving...scanner will help during this test drive also!!!.. Mechanic will know what to do... Scanner, not a code reader!!!... Anything else is just guessing at it!!!!

Anytime there is a CK ENG LT flash or blink this is a catalyst damaging event. What you have is a misfire event under load such as sparkplug wire and sparkplug and maybe coil.
