What is your question?
I have replaced relay 3 times, resistor 4 times, blower motor 3 times. Used different brands from different sources. Checked switch on dash, all wiring, all connections. I have 13.2 volts to the motor until the instant i make the connection, then power drops to 0. Tried running separate ground wire to blower. Motor works when connected directly to battery. I am stumped, and frustrated. Any suggestions?

Trace the positive wire until you find a poor connection creating high resistance. Did you replace the wires and connector to the resistor? It's avail at parts store. Check voltage at the resistor feed while blower is connected. Power Probe sure would be handy if you can borrow one. Put battery voltage to power supply before and after resistor to see if fan runs! If it dont run with batt voltage on power feed before resistor, poor connection is at resistor.
