What is your question?
Car won't start. Had a jump, started first time. Not since. Replaced PCM, positive battery cable, tried to relearn key. Dash lights come on, security lights responds as instructions and readouts. But does start.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing happens when key is turned.
How long has your 2009 Pontiac G6 had this problem?
One week.

Hello, why replace all those components? What for? Put the original PCM back in. Try again. Ensure a good battery is in the vehicle. I can't figure why you'd replace all those parts - for what reason? You won't be able to program a key without proper diagnostic tooling.
Wouldn’t start - jump start was successful - that alone tends to point toward a failing battery.. Dash lights turning on is irrelevant - that just means the battery has enough charge to do so BUT it takes much more to crank the engine. Parts replacement without testing is wasted time and money.
