My car will not start, but the battery is not dead. When I turn the ignition, the check engine and the theft security sytem light come on and it makes a clicking noise.

battery needs to be tested.take it to the ZONE and let em load test it,it's FREE!

Had the same problem with mine couldn't figure it out my battery was good too but then did some checking all these cars have to have 12.6 volts to start try throwing a battery charger on it and boosting it while charging that's what I did an fired right up..u can also check battery with volt meter...good luck!!
