Code 4020 check engine is on ...catalyst converter. ..

That's a bunch of BS!! ... Find good independent shop for proper testing to confirm exactly what the problem is ... That's code PO420 which is for catalyst failure which can be tested with proper scanner.... It's possible the downstream O2 sensor is failing but proper testing must be performed!
