Every time I buy a new fuse for my car lighter to work it immediately blows out. I've tried 4 back to back, same results. Do I need to buy a new fuse box or if anything how much will it cost to repair to fix this issue?

Take the coin out of the power outlet , then put in a new fuse. IF that doesn't help , DISCONNECT the suspect power outlet and re-try fuse. IF that doesn't work , you have a problem elsewhere in the circuit (fuse powers more than just one accessory outlet)..
