Tire wouldn't come off unless car in neutral, makes grinding sound when moving

2009 Pontiac wave got a flat today (front drivers side wheel), tried to change it but the tire was stuck on. Putting it in neutral allowed the tire to come off without resistance. Since changing the tire, as soon as the car starts to move there's a very audible sound coming from the front drivers side tire. It's not a metal on metal sound, but there is some resistance when trying to move as if the calipers were stuck on.
