What is your question?
Radio goes in and out. Clock never loses time. The radio has aCD player also. It is a Delco Pontiac radio with the Theft lock protection. It also has an built in equalizer.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Sometime when I hit bump in road it comes back on. Not always

Radio internal failure - have audio technician attempt repair - OR - replace radio.. There is no easy diy fix. “Crutchfield” will have any audio equipment you’ll need plus free technical assistance. tel:18442874597
Do you also lose power window control at same time? Could be cold solder joints on the BCM. Common problem.
Intermittent or temporary power supply interruption would likely cause clock to re-set to the default setting.. IF CD player operations remain normal - replace the radio.. IF equipped with steering wheel audio controls - be certain those controls aren’t getting activated inadvertently while driving.. Good luck!
