How to reset security light/sensor

If your security light is on, it is because your key is not programmed to work with the immobilizer system of the vehicle. Try a different key, and if that does not work, you'll need to have testing performed.

Make sure battery is fully charged. Turn key on and wait for 10 minutes - does security light ever turn off?
