why does my 97 olds loose power to the fuel pump and the drivers seat and windows

ive tryed new fuel pump and been looking under dash .can some one please help me

If it's intermittent, suspect ignition 'electrical' switch... If it has *lost* power to those circuits.. Suspect maxi fuse under hood in fuse box.
