where is my fuel reset button/switch

There isn't one on these vehicles!!

True, there isn't a manual "switch" per se, but the Oil Pressure Switch also acts as a fuel shut-off switch. If you feel you're having a problem with what would be a fuel cut-off switch, check the oil pressure switch. (Apologies for late response but I've just found and registered to this site.)
