The problem been like this for about a month. Battery was even charged. When it's cold out the battery is dead.
It is much less expensive and aggravating to perform the required TESTING before parts are replaced. That being said - **HANDS-ON** testing will still be required to discover why a no start condition exist.. Good luck !
I have a 1991 olds silohuette 3.1 liter. Currently, I've been broke down goin on 5 days. I replaced the ignition - coil, distributor, control module, key switch, plug wires and plugs. It passes no spark thru the distributor...plenty of volts coming from thr coil...ends at the distributor. Fuel injectors get power..but my car wont start and gets no spark. Have you checked anything i mentioned ?
The 3.1 L GM isn’t equipped with ‘distributor’ type ignition. Ignition module - three coil packs - plug wires - plugs - - doesn’t have a distributor.
