When I restart it,put foot on brake and the light will not come on.Took it to the shop & he said that it was a TSB on my car,1994 Grand Prix,1994 Chevy Lum.a wire is hitting a sensor making it to come on.Have to use a scan tool to find out,but NO ONE has any scan tool that will fit;OB1

I have 3 of them. Come to Texas I'll help you. A Tech2 will still scan that car and newer tools will also do it. Use the find a shop tab and give some a call I'm sure there's some old timers still around that didn't throw them away.
I see, from your other post, this car is giving you quite a bit of trouble, maybe have a mechanic give it a check up.

It sounds like there is a wire riding against a moving part causing the computer to notice the fault. Have not looked up the TSB's since I'm at home relaxing, but will look it up for you by tomorrow morning if you would like me to.

I see one for a ABS motor pinion corrosion, and replace the motor pinion and shaft. Codes 46 & 86.
