Fuse blow as soon as installed? If no, what event blows the fuse, using window switch, opening/closing door(s)? Don't know?

When I try to open/close windows on the master window switch no window will open/close. When I replace the relay it blows immediately. I put new power window switch on the car.

if the fuse keeps blowing I would check the wiring harness betwwen the the door and the pillar for a short
