Is it possible your steering wheel is against the lock, tightly? If so, it will bind your ignition lock cylinder. In the event this is possible, just tug on your steering wheel slightly while attempting to turn the key cylinder. Good luck.
Is the steering lock engaged? While trying to turn the key a little bit try to turn the steering wheel from side to side to dis engage the steering lock. If this fails perhaps a local locksmith can help you or you may have to have your car towed to a repair shop.
WOW got the same problem.. what I have to do,,, I havent tried to fix it yet..is I have to take my key (whick incidently I can take out while car is running) and while I try to turn the key,, have to wiggle the key,, up and down while turning... its aggrivating. I am hoping someone steals it and sets it up for me so I can just hot wire it started lol sometimes you can hit the shifter to the front and it will work.... GRRRRR
