how fine is the battery? tried jump starting? if so,are you getting signal/power to the small wire from ignition switch>> small wire on the starter solenoid, checking with volt meter while helper turns key to the cranking position?

Where is that located the positive cable when tested with a meter positive cable negative cable beeps when connected to the battery it does not have a big Spark but it does draw voltage from battery is there a sensor I can check
