thinking it might be a fuse. what is the fuse labeled as if it is a fuse?

It seems as if you may need to obtain an owners manual or shop manual to determine specific fuse locations. Unfortunately cannot locate any of this information in any resources I have handy. Many parts stores and web sites will have repair manuals available.
