Fuel is at the Fuel rail and I have spark car with run with starting fuild

Hello, if fuel is at the fuel rail ready to deliver to the engine, you would not need starting fluid. Starting fluid is emulating fuel. Are you using a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel rail to take key on, engine off readings? Why did you replace the fuel pump in the first place? What testing was performed and what were the results?
