Overheating after 10-15 minutes of operation. Acceleration and A/C have no effect on this issue. Thermostat, radiator, fan clutch, and water pump have all been replaced. No smoke, no smells. No indication of cracked head gasket or head. Still overheats. Stumped.

Has the actual engine temperature been verified by means other than the dash instrumentation?
Engine temperature been tested? ... What does scan tool data read?
Good question. Yes. Temp was
measured at 232°F (max) on a thermostat rated for 180°
New symptoms just 20 minutes ago: tried to accelerate, and it lost power for a few seconds, then recovered. Never has done that before. And AC is blowing warm air (may or may not be related). Worked fine this morning.
A/C compressor will cut out due to high ‘head pressure’ if insufficient **AIR FLOW** across condenser is present.. This should be considered.
As for the hesitation upon acceleration - that will require a thorough scan test - high quality scanner can be invaluable for diagnosis and can remain connected during test drive so data can be recorded in a movie for viewing afterwards..
Good luck with it!
Yes - very much so! ... There’s no comparison - not concerned with codes during this testing.
This test measures all parameters and will show live data from each of the onboard control modules.
Of course the scan tool cost like 10 grand.

scan test? Is this something beyond pulling simplistic OBD-II p-codes?
