It is listed as an interference engine. We have gotten away 2x now just replacing the belt. You never know until you try.
I’ve been in the auto repair business for a very - long - time ... I have yet to see one of these engines suffer any damage due to a failed timing belt .... I’ve also ‘worked on a bunch of em’.. Might as well install new water pump and t - stat while at it.
