whats wrong with my truck

I have it a shop and their telling me that they cant find the problem well my friend changed the knock senor but he did not use new gasket and was leaking coolant and fuel aslo so the shop had to open it up again and fix that first so the shop change the dist crankshaft senor temp sensor has fuel pressure has spark and its still the same they say they have to reprogram computer but I don't want to say yes and get the same outcome what do u think
