The mechanic did a fuel injection tune up but it hasnt solved my problem. It runs rough

IF it has the 3.3L engine and it runs good cold but gets worse as engine warms up... Strongly suspect the distributor assembly! .. Common problem for that engine... Raise hood, start COLD engine .... (parked overnight) and stand there and watch, does the engine visually start running rough after about 5 minutes? .. BTW.. I have fixed more of these than I can count!
car runs fine during cold start or in open loop once its switch to the close loop it will adjust it settings base on the car sensors. on your case get a diagnostic scan tool and check your o2 sensore. check your fuel trim if its negative you are running rich and the ecu is cutting the fuel supply that cause your engine to run rough.
Good idea to test for problems before any work... Those closed loop issues you mentioned should have turned on the check engine light and been obvious to the mechanic that worked on it before!.. Just saying... . This is a multi-component distributor that will cause rough run warm and not turn on the light or exhibit code(s)!
