ABS(anti-braking system) light on dash comes on for about a minute 2 or 3 times a month.The brakes always seem to work fine. What is my problem? Should I ignore the light?

You can ignore it, the ABS is not working 'while light is on'... However the regular service brake will still work just fine.... Usually that's caused by a loss of signal from one of the wheel speed sensors.... A scan test of the ABS should show where the problem is!... Suggest if the light comes on and stays on for any length of time, more that it has been .... Have it fixed before winter.... (Snow)!
