Heavy oil usage despite power test shows equal compression in all 8 and oil been changed timely. Dealership/3rd party mechanics all say the engine is fine and won't work on it.

#2&#4 "need regular cleaning"..... WHY? Can they explain that? Also , How many miles on engine? Valve seals ruled out? Why? ... How many miles in that 1-2 quarts per week?
