nothing on steering wheel works and air bag light on nissan sentra

Hello, it's a guess, but a good guess that the cable reel / sliding contact that provides power to steering wheel devices and the driver's air bag is not working properly. Testing is needed and disassembly by a qualified and skilled technician.
