Just replaced battery, but car won't turn on. There's a crank, but wont fire up, so its not the starter. I see Walter here had same issue. Any suggestions, before I go the expensive route & get a fuel pump? I never had issues with it, until the battery got replaced.
How long has your 2007 Nissan Sentra had this problem?

I would not suggest just buying a fuel pump and replacing it without doing testing. Testing would include ensuring no anti-theft devices are engaged, checking for fuel and spark, and proper air intake, checking to ensure all fuses are intact and functional. Check to see if the engine's processor is communicating with a diagnostic tool. Guessing is never the answer; some basic troubleshooting is in order before buying and replacing any components.
Usually when these type problems occur immediately following battery replacement - it IS the result of reversed polarity at some during battery installation .. Battery cables were allowed to touch the wrong battery terminals. Suspect blown fuse(s) .. Good luck.
