has new fuel filter,plugs,wires,air filter,when starting to execrate it bogs

check your fuel pressure, possible bad pump or regulator. Sounds like a lack of fuel problem. Other cause of your symptoms may be a clogged converter. It has to much back pressure if they get clogged.
