What is your question?
I purchased a 2010 rogue last year in March and since then I have put quite a few thousand miles on it, but very recently it's had this annoying acceleration problem, but only at random. Some days it will be fine (like today. Started it up and have been driving like normal), but sometimes I'll turn it on and driving up the slightest incline will be a task, or even accelerating from a full stop will take a good 5 seconds. Sometimes it will go back to normal if I restart the car, but other times that won't work. However I don't lose speed unless I take my foot off the gas. It keeps up to speed fairly well. I've seen posts in my research where something similar happens to someone else and the car will not drive on the highway well, but mine does, it's just accelerating from a stop or up a hill. The VDC will turn off at random as well. Please help. I am not in a good place to get a new car and I want to know what I could be looking at when I go to the mechanic
What makes this problem better or worse?
Unsure.
How long has your 2010 Nissan Rogue had this problem?
A few weeks, maybe month and a half?

Symptoms are indicative of an intermittent throttle by wire malfunction... Correlation between the accelerator pedal and the throttle body. Unfortunately this condition will need to be present at the time of testing - which will require the necessary scan equipment and qualifying personnel. Good luck!
