My nissan will turn over but want start. Could itbe the ECM?

What is your question?

I heard the ECM go to bad due to the location because it get wet when it rain. I'm thinking about getting a used one with the ignition switch but can't find a video on how to remove the switch and what size tool needed. Can you give me some feed back
