Is the "Disable" switch on in the overhead panel? This has been know to be caused by Rusty Power Sliding Door Hinge or Obstructed Power Sliding Door Track. Also try to re-initialize the doors: 1. Try the initialization procedure put the door into the manual initialization mode. Open the sliding door being initialized. 2. Turn the ignition switch on. 3. Turn the automatic door main switch off. 4. Within 3 seconds of step 3, press the door pillar sliding door open/close switch of the door being initialized 10 times within 10 seconds . 5. Within 3 seconds of step 4, turn the ignition switch off then on. The warning chime should sound 3 times, this indicates the door has entered the initialization mode. 6. Turn the Automatic door main switch on. 7. Press and hold the overhead sliding door open/close switch of the door being initialized until the door completely closes and stops, then release the switch. 8. Press and hold the same overhead sliding door open/close switch again until the door completely opens and stops, then release the switch. 9. Press and hold the overhead sliding door open/close switch again until the door completely closes and stops, then release the switch. 10. Turn the ignition switch off. The power sliding door initialization process is complete. This procedure will have to be done for both doors if the battery was disconnected. If this does not work you may have a wiring or module problem, recommend to call Roy 456-0722 to have diagnosed and repaired and be sure to let him know if you want a $10 rental car while yours is being repaired
On my 2011 Quest the electronic switch for turning off electrical doors is on the left of steering wheel above gas and hood releases.
