I just bought a 99 Quest with a 3.3 and 130,000, how would I tell if the timing belt was already replaced? Thank you!!!

Accurate service records is the ONLY 'reliable' way to know the exact date and mileage any prior work was performed! Partial engine disassembly for visual inspection of the belt 'may' offer a clue as to IF it has been replaced OR not.
