Poor running , poor fuel mileage , engine damage after a while of running rich , fuel leak depending on the type of pressure regulator.

How can I help? What is your skill level and what test equipment/tools do you have? Check fuel pressure? Timing? Valve issue? Do you have a vacuum gauge?
