Hello, i wish everyone have a great day. I'm facing an issue that my rear entertainment volume knob is not working.The right hand side volume knob was not able to push in(i had tried and get stuck inside). Since my vehicle still under one year manufacture cover, I had tried to reached out the dealership and ask for assistant. However, I had been turn over many time and still no one willing to speak to me. I know i can purchase these parts from amazon or after market shop, but i don't know how to install it. Can some one share some tips? Thank you for the support.
