No power to heater control valve

What is your question?

I have changed out the thermostat and tried to bypass the heater control valve by taking off the cover and turning it counter clockwise to get heat. Still not working. Seems like the valve isnt working. What's the next step

Unfortunately, that's not a good method of trying to resolve your problem. You'll need to perform component testing to find out what is going on. Is your original concern that you have no heat coming out from the inside of vehicle vents?

Are you sure you’re are working on the “heater control valve” - - are the heater hoses attached to this part? Next question is are the heater hoses HOT when engine is fully warmed..?

Are you sure you’re are working on the “heater control valve” - - are the heater hoses attached to this part? Next question is are the heater hoses HOT when engine is fully warmed..?
