Timing chain rattle is suspect... Possible chain tensioner - chain guide .. Disassembly required to determine.. Briefly: Chain tensioner is oil pressure activated - oil pressure extends the tensioner thus tightening the chain.. IF any of the components become askew - tensioner must extend further to tighten chain - or the tensioner itself is culprit. Good luck!
