one side of the car is lower left side stands 32and 3/8 ins right side 31and 3/8

Possible spring issue ..... If parked on a level surface and all tires match... Possibly a misadjusted 'torsion bar'... Suggest alignment which also should include ride height adjustment... Don't try adjustments yourself, got to be done on alignment machine!
