What would cause the headlights to act up with the daytime running lights

Thanx fuses and the bulbs were changed with factory 9004`s . I will check the releays thanx

Just a word of advice, check the fuses again with a test light while the lights are turned ON! Might be worth your time. Dont spend a lot of time checking the relays.

Had a Honda doing about the same thing, it was winking, left and right when dimming/brightening turned out to be fuses!!
