What is your question?
I get good heat blowing when on defrost , but no heat blows out when I set the control to the floor. I took it to the dealer and they said it works ok. I told them that it's really cold on my legs when I drive on the freeway. They honestly told me that I shouldn't drive on the freeway when the temperature is below 10 degrees. This was the biggest load of BS I've ever heard. Please help if you can by giving me a reasonable explanation of what the problem could possibly be. The car is under warranty and I honestly believe that the dealer wants to wait for it to expire. Thanks a lot.
What makes this problem better or worse?
There is never a difference. It doesn't blow on the floor.
How long has your 2015 Nissan Murano had this problem?
About 1 year

Normally I would suggest a blend door actuator or blend door is sticking or faulty. These are small electric motors that control air flow. I can't speak on the attitude of the dealer, but I would suggest calling Nissan or finding another dealer. You can also go try a new or similar murano at the dealer to compare and show them that you indeed have an issue. Alex
Have local repair facility take an actual temperature reading of heater output at defrost and floor for comparison - put it in writhing to show dealer - or for conversation with Nissan Motors.
