After 2 New Alternators and a brand new battery my Murano still would loose power and all electrical system would die. Brought it to a Nissan Dealership Est Price to replace the Alternator Harness Plug that was destroyed somehow $2500.00 that's just the Harness.
How long has your 2009 Nissan Murano had this problem?

So, unless there is widespread damage to the harness, you'll need to find a hardshell connector for the damaged component. Nissan may only offer this with the purchase of the harness. However, I would reach out to aftermarket parts sources and salvage yards to see what you can come up with. It's possible no one makes a replacement part for this, but I would guess that it is available somehow someway with a little digging. Find out the exact part you need from the dealership that inspected it, and start reaching out and searching. Good luck.
Salvage yard may have the part needed .. NAPA has a very good selection of wiring connectors that are plug and play .. Seems all you need is the *pigtail connector* itself - not the complete wiring harness.. IF all else fails .. Find an old school - experienced mechanic in your area to repair damaged wiring connector. I've fixed a bunch of em on various vehicles.
