I was driving and randomly lost power. No powersteering, no acceleration, no brakes, all of the lights on the dash turned on like the engine shut off
What is your question?
Car will not start it does a clicking noise as though it wants to turn over and start but doesn’t and all lights on dashboard are on.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not sure first time it happened but heard some clicking noise the last few days before turning off the engine.
How long has your 2007 Nissan Murano had this problem?
Didn’t know I had a problem. Knew of an oil leak and catalytic converter needs to be repaired. Just had an oil change from a new place a couple months ago

Hello, it sounds like the vehicle lost electrical power. This can happen if the belt is dislodged or broken from the alternator and accessory drive. Also, the alternator may have stopped working properly, or a wiring concern could be present. Check the engine's 12 volt battery too for state of charge and the ability to hold a load.

Oil was change a couple months ago - engine has a known oil leak - - hope the engine wasn’t operated without proper lubrication.. Good luck!
