What is your question?
Hello, if I take my car to the dealership for a diagnostic is that fee covered or do I have to pay for it? I feel like my car struggles or jerks while i am pressing the gas maybe a transmission problem? the screen on my vehicle also has completely shut off on me and hand full of times. so if I get it diagnosed and they can not find anything wrong with it do I have to pay the diagnostic fee?
What makes this problem better or worse?
worse when i am on the highway and go up in speed like over 60mph
How long has your 2015 Nissan Juke had this problem?
a few weeks maybe 2 months for the radio

Furthermore this ‘jerking’ when accelerating should not be difficult to diagnose by a knowledgeable mechanic - likely a short test drive with diagnostic equipment connected is all that’s needed.. After that concern has been addressed - THEN any other issues can be sought after - keep in mind additional issues will incur additional diagnostic fees - that’s just how it works. Key here is *diagnostic equipment* and *knowledgeable mechanic* - BOTH of which cost the repair facility money - which must be recouped in part by charging a “diagnostic fee” ..
In the real world - of business - you are financially responsible for whatever services that are rendered to you upon your request - unless it is previously documented to be otherwise.. Diagnostics is actually what you’re paying for - the actual repair itself is always secondary. Figuring out exactly what is wrong is the hard part. Good luck!
