How do I remove the turbo charger in my 2012 Nissan Juke I having a hard time

Does anyone know how to remove the two bolts that are located on the bottom back of the turbo charger I tried getting them off myself then I took my car to a shop and they couldn't get the bolts off either.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Better when engine is cold
